Welcome to Dream-TV. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dream-TV website and IPTV subscription service. By using our service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Dream-TV provides access to an IPTV streaming service for the agreed subscription period. You receive login details (M3U link or Xtream codes) to use with a compatible app. A stable internet connection and a compatible device are required.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Prices are shown at the time of order. Payment is made in advance. Your access is activated after payment is received. Subscriptions run for the chosen period (1, 6 or 12 months) and do not auto-renew.
3. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial so you can evaluate the service before purchasing. The trial is provided as-is and may be limited in time.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to keep your login details confidential and not to share or resell them without authorization. Misuse may result in suspension of your access.
5. Refunds
Because access is delivered digitally and immediately, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support if you experience an issue so we can help resolve it.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability. Occasional interruptions (e.g. maintenance, or issues outside our control such as your internet outage) may occur and do not constitute a breach where kept within reasonable limits.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream-TV is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version published on this page applies.
