Troubleshooting
- Buffering: Restart your router, switch to 5GHz Wi-Fi or Ethernet, and close other downloads.
- App won’t load the list: Double-check your login/playlist URL for typos and try reloading.
- Channels missing: Refresh the playlist or reopen the app to pull the latest lineup.
- Poor 4K quality: Confirm your speed is 25 Mbps+ and lower the quality if your connection dips.

Installation questions
What internet speed do I need for IPTV?
We recommend at least 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps or more for smooth 4K streaming. A wired or strong Wi-Fi connection gives the most stable results.
Why is my IPTV buffering?
Buffering is usually caused by a weak connection or an overloaded local network. Restart your router, use 5GHz Wi-Fi or Ethernet, close other downloads and try a lower stream quality. If it continues, contact support.
